WHAT IS OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product! If for any reason you’re not happy with your online order or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item has not been used
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • A clearly marked note to present on the packaging confirming whether you’d like to receive an exchange or refund
  • A printed copy of the order invoice is supplied with written details of the reason for your return/exchange

YOU SHOULD KNOW

We only accept returns for products purchased online at Nalu Wines. If you purchased your Nalu Wines from another Nalu Wines Retailer in South Africa, please return to the place of purchase with your original receipt so that an exchange or refund can be arranged. Keep in mind that each store will have their own return policies, and these may differ from Nalu Wines.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. If you believe you have a defective product, please mail us so that our Quality Team can assess your claim.
